Our goal is to always leave a smile on your face! We want you to be satisfied with our quality & service that you can't wait to share your loved ones. If that's not what you experienced, we want to make it right. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back within 15 days of delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate.

 

All merchandise returns must be a unworn, unwashed, and still have the tags attached. We are happy to issue a refund in the form of a E-gift card or credit use on a future purchase on elevatedfits.com (never expires). 

 

All defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. 

 

Depending on the shipping method selected, your return we take few days to reach us. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
